Recently the congressional lawmakers have been wrangling over what to do about illegal immigration. Should we or should we not build a fence? Well as an avid fan of the NFL let me offer up a few insights gathered along this “Journey Across the Sky”
THE NFL AND NATIONAL SECURITY:
VS

The National Football League is once again in full swing and teams are fighting for the chance to be named number one Super Bowl champs for the 41st time. Coaches and staff along with the players of each team are practicing to perfect their game. Each play is rehearsed during the week for the big show on Sunday. Both offense and defense are conditioning to be able to counter the attacks of the opposing team each week. Films are being reviewed to look for weaknesses in the defenses of the opposing team and to find shortcomings in each teams own offenses. A good team manager and coach knows the importance of working both sides of the ball to secure a victory each and every time their team steps on the field. Special team play is just as important as offensive and defensive play. A well rounded team has a solid defense and well oiled offense and a special teams that gets the job done week after week.

A Cruel word may wreck a life.
A Bitter word may hate instill;
A Brutal word may smite and kill.
A Gracious word may smooth the way;
A Joyous word may light the day.
A Timely word may lessen stress;
A Loving word may heal and bless.

Since the discovery Monday, Angiano’s employees have spent much of their time hovering over the tiny figure, praying and placing rose petals and candles around it.
“I was raised to believe in the Virgin Mary, but this still gives me the chills,” Angiano said as she balanced the dark brown figure in her hand. “Everyone should see this.”
