“Jesus Had Two Dads”: Liberals Distort the Bible to Advance Their Political Agenda

The Bible does not tell Christians to deny goods and services to gay people, but Zo thinks liberals should stop using the Bible to bully Christians. via AlfonzoRachel

Source: conservativevideos.com

This whole media created fire storm around Indiana’s RFRA law demonstrates once again that liberals are not the party of unity, peace, tolerance, and forgiveness. Rather more and more they are demonstrating that they are the party of division, hatred, fear mongering, intolerance, and antichrist in action.

However whenever it suits their political agenda, or they wish to excite the crowd against Christ, the liberals will misquote scripture in order to lend some pretend cover to their sinister plots. With their mouths they pretend to praise Him by citing His word when it suits them but their actions betray them.

Alfonzo Rachel has done a good job in explaining this hypocrisy in this video "Jesus Had Two Dads". This is just one of many distortions the lawless left use in order to promote their godless behavior and lifestyles, while at the same time they use the bible to beat back those who uphold the bible and its teachings by suggesting that the bible doesn’t mean what it so plainly teaches.

Economist: The American Fiscal House Is Ready to Fall

Some pretty dire testimony before Congress was reported by CNS News: ” Economist Tells Congress: U.S. May Be in ‘Worse Fiscal Shape’ Than Greece.” The U.S. has a $210 trillion “fiscal gap” and “may well be in worse fiscal shape than any developed country, including Greece,” Boston University economist Laurence Kotlikoff told members of the Senate Budget Committee in written and oral testimony on Feb.

Why the 14th Amendment can’t possibly require same-sex marriage

Does the U.S. Constitution require same-sex marriage? No, the U.S. Constitution requires the Court to leave this issue to the states. If you believe otherwise, then amend the Constitution. Tweet to @Frank_Turek The Supreme Court is about to decide if the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution requires the states to redefine marriage to include same-sex relationships.

Conservative Student Group Commits ‘Act of Violence’ for Defending Christian Values, Refusing to Participate in LGBT Sensitivity Training

A conservative student group at The George Washington University faces punishment, including the loss of its funding, for refusing to engage in LGBT sensitivity training on campus. The students are now being condemned and attacked on campus by those who claim they’re committing an “act of violence” for standing up for their members’ individual rights and Judeo-Christian values.

I wonder how those same LGBT community groups would respond if they faced a loss their funding if they did not attend a Christian sensitivity training course? Why is it that only those who disagree with a POLITICALLY correct position are somehow hateful but those who disagree with a long-held societal norm are not? Doesn’t the demand for the ouster or the defunding of a long-standing organization or business qualify as intolerant? After all the only reason they are being protested or targeted is because those who are targeting them disagree with their viewpoints.

The evolution of shower dangers: from hot water to just too much

The EPA is in the news for wanting to monitor how long hotel guests spend in the shower, which one critic says is not a new idea from the federal agency. “We’ve seen this movie before,” says Bonner Cohen of the National Center for Public Policy Research.

If You Drink Coffee From Pods, You May Want to Reconsider

“I don’t have one. They’re kind of expensive to use,” John Sylvan told me frankly, of Keurig K-Cups, the single-serve brewing pods that have fundamentally changed the coffee experience in recent years. “Plus it’s not like drip coffee is tough to make.” Which would seem like a pretty banal sentiment, were Sylvan not the inventor of the K-Cup.

I get a big kick out of all these environmental loons who strain at gnats to swallow camels. Now I do not know how it is where you live but tiny plastic cups are not a HUGE problem since our landfills are being filled everyday with HUGE PLASTIC garbage bags of stuff. Every retail store in America hands out millions of plastic bags every day oh how I pine for the olden days of paper bags.

However, this non-problem was starting to take care of itself through the market since reusable K-cups were invented and being used, so much so that Keurig designed a second generation brewer that would only take K-cups to continue the use of these expensive coffee pods.

Court to lesbian couple: Fatherhood can’t be contractually erased

A lesbian couple in New Jersey may be forced to share parental rights with a sperm donor they used to conceive their 1-year-old son. Sheena and Tiara Yates are appealing a September court ruling that awarded visitation rights to a private sperm donor they hoped would have no relationship with their child.

Things are bound to get worse as families are becoming even more fractured as courts, and not biology, decides what constitutes a parent, or for that matter a family.

As hard as they try a man-made contract does not negate the laws of nature and of natures God. You see to reproduce you need a FATHER and a MOTHER. Two mommies can not have a baby nor can two daddies. In order for them to reproduce they need a third member of the opposite sex to procreate. The introduction of that third-party into a marriage which is supposed to be between two people opens up the door to all kinds of legal issues both now and well into the future.

Let’s see what happens when the infant child of three parents gets old enough to decide for themselves whom they consider to be their ACTUAL parents. Will biology or contracts rule the day?

Sin Killed the American Dream

The American Dream used to include thoughts of retirement, where one could live off the fruits of a lifetime of toil and enjoy family, friends, and maybe a bit of travel to see the world. Now, many of us have absolutely no thought of ever stopping, and will be in the workforce until no one will pay us anymore.

The Fallacy of Chasing After the Crowd

“Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment.” (Ex 23: 2)

Source: canadafreepress.com

Cultural phenomenon has broad and ever changing definitions quite simply due to its ever changing nature. What is popular today will be forgotten tomorrow. This generation, more than any in history has come to believe that a popular movement, notion or practice is given credence and substance by the sheer number of people that have chosen to accept it, adhere to it, or adopt it as their own.

Using the popularity of any matter to give it credence is a mistake that seems to be part and parcel of this generation. What sweeps is for keeps, is an idea that has slipped in or ‘crept in’ on this generation and not many have taken notice.

We feed ourselves with, best-selling books, American idols, mega-church pastors and movements, popular celebrities; craze purchasing, nascent explanations of old standards and general nonsense re-packaging. Sadly it works; many get onboard of the latest only because it is – ‘the latest.’

When the latest and greatest comes along espoused by some "expert" or "scholarly research" that contradicts long held standards or practices that have been proven right over time, far too many jump on the "newly discovered knowledge" with total abandon. Too many are quick to rush head long into the latest popular teaching without any regard to historical precedence and especially biblical tenets. Even long held moral standards are all too easily discarded upon the arrival of the latest scientific paper, or scholarly article written or posted.

When its not a new found source for truth that sweeps into popularity it is often the discovery that the strictness of the Bible does not allow for modern notions of inclusion or political correctness.

When whole churches or denominations change God’s word to fit their ideas on inclusion and popular notions we are entering into the well prophesied ‘apostasy’ (falling away) that the Bible so clearly warns us about. It is one of the last things to happen before the return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The recent vote of the Presbyterian Church USA is, but one example of mass changes in church polity that illustrates the new push to apostasy, but the 1.8 million Presbyterians who voted for accepting “gay marriage’ are now part of the very fulfilment of Christ’s words – itself an all-encompassing prophecy. To wit:

“Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat.” (Mt 7: 13)

Following the crowd may lead you straight to hell. But then again what do I know since I am a member of a small group. Now if I could get a million likes on Facebook then the world would take notice.

Funny the bible is still the best selling book of all time, and yet for some reason it seems not too many actually take the time to read it and even less actually listen to what it has to say. I guess the crowd is not so large after all.

And that is the way I see it. What say you?

IRS may broaden rule to police political nonprofits – Worthy News

The IRS may broaden a looming controversial rule to police political nonprofits to include political parties and political action committees, the IRS chief said Wednesday.

Source: www.worthynews.com

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen said the agency may expand a yet-to-be-released rule governing 501(c)(4), “social welfare” groups, to include political groups known as 527s, which focus on elections. It could require them both — as well as other types of tax-exempt groups — to operate under the same definition of “political activity.”

The law is currently vague, requiring that 501(c)(4)s operate “primarily” for social welfare. It’s one of the reasons the IRS found itself in hot water for pulling tea party groups for extra scrutiny between 2010 and 2012 — a scandal that has scarred the IRS’ image in the public eye.

Such groups are allowed to engage in advocacy and even lobby on policy topics — it’s only when they actually get involved in campaigns that they have to limit their work. Political parties; campaign committees for candidates for federal, state or local office; and political action committees are all political organizations subject to section 527 of the Tax Code. The news that the new rule could include political groups may come as a surprise to the nonprofit sector following the issue. Although the IRS had floated expending the rule to include other tax-exempt groups like 501(c)(3)s (charities), 501(c)(5)s (unions) and 501(c)(6)s (trade groups), political groups haven’t come up nearly as often. Let’s see now the IRS wants to go after 501 (c)(4) groups but leave the unions and trade groups alone? Why do you suppose those groups are OFF LIMITS? Could it be because they INVEST heavily in democrat politics? The IRS has been issued orders from headquarters (Obama) to keep up the pressure on FREEDOM loving groups who want to factor in the voting process. This of course is seen as an ENEMY of the state since any vote for anyone other than a democrat is nor permitted. Since the IRS got its hand slapped for targeting TEA party type groups in 2010 and 12 they are looking at ways to codify their efforts making it legal to target tea party groups by pretending to play fair across all political action committees. Unions and trade groups will continue to be allowed to pump as much money as they wish into political campaigns. This is never seen as a CONFLICT of interest since many if not most of unionized members are part of the federal, state or local governments and as such see any attempts to limit the size of government as an attack on their livelihood. Therefore they should not be allowed to contribute large sums of money to campaigns and policy groups since they are also the recipients of policies being introduced by their supported candidates. This should be considered Quid pro quo.
