Where are these banks supposed to invest in order to make a profit? In the failing US ECONOMY? I mean if the United States government sees no problem with TAKING tax payer money to China why is it a problem for the banks? Besides Obama ought to be thankful Hillary was able to BEG CHINA to buy His debt otherwise he may have to cut some of his porkulus plan.
