Augusta State Requires Christian Student to Attend Re-Education Plan In Order to Graduate

I found this video a bit disturbing but not at all surprising. This is an example of why I am not an avid supporter of higher education. For the most part I feel our educational system has turned into an indoctrination service to enlist members in the atheist or secularist religions. To think that people actually pay big money to these institutes with hopes of obtaining a valuable education.

I would rather be uneducated according to Augusta State then to be re-educated into disavowing my faith in God.

Government Land Grab Continues Unabated

Before long the federal government may own your house and then you can pay rent to Uncle Sam to live there.

The federal government has an insatiable spending appetite. Most Americans already know that. But it appears to have an insatiable land-grabbing appetite as well.

“The Obama Administration has a lot of ideas when it comes to deciding what to do with other people’s private property,” says Bill Wilson, president of Americans for Limited Government (ALG).

Don’t be fooled by Obama’s plan for America’s Great Outdoors Initiative. The claims are more land is in need of protection and more American’s should have the benefit of seeing the great outdoors in their natural state, but the government already owns 1 out of every 3 acres in the U.S. — 1 out of every 2 acres in the West, says Congressman Rob Bishop (R-UT), a member on the Natural Resources Committee and ranking member on the Subcommittee on National Parks, Forests and Public Lands.

There is no end in sight to how much more land this current Administration seems to want. Claiming the need to create ecosystems throughout America, the National Park Service (NPS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and the U.S. Forest Service hope to extend their political boundaries and expand to privately owned land.

Never mind that the 5th amendment in the Constitution of the United States reads, “No person shall be… deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.” Instead, the government is working to a different end, hoping to circumvent Congress and put to practice the Antiquities Act and Endangered Species Act to complete its mission.

Grading Obama’s Performance Thus Far

The last 18 months of the Obama Administration has been a whirlwind of activity, none of which really amounts to anything that betters our society, on the contrary Obama has only made things worse. Despite his obvious love of himself Obama has done nothing to help ease the soaring unemployment rate in America, he has offered nothing to help turn the corner on the recession we are now in, in fact everything Obama tries to fix only gets worse. So I give the President an “F’ for failure. What say you?

Obama and Democrats Place Economy on ‘Crash Course’

This is serious business folks. These ‘fools’ in congress have spent us beyond our ability to recover. It is imperative that ‘fiscal conservatives‘ step in and apply the brakes to this run-away, federal spending, train wreck. It has become increasingly obvious even to the causal observer that federal spending is out of control.

Come on people vote these fools out of office and take our country back from these ruinous democrat policies. The good times are over, it is time to get off the party train and take some fiscal responsibility before it is all over. Which may come sooner than you think.

Warning signs are everywhere — most of them carefully phrased and nuanced, but warnings, nevertheless. Greece and, closer to home, California are painful reminders of what could happen. CNBC is reporting that the Dow is repeating patterns that prevailed just before the Great Depression. The U.S. workforce suffered one its sharpest declines ever — a drop of 652,000 — in June. Economists claim that “wages are flirting with deflation.” It’s hard to find good news on the financial front. Now, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) just released its “Long-Term Budget Outlook” to confirm what people already feared: The national debt is devastating for the future of America. According to the CBO, “the federal government has been recording the largest budget deficits, as a share of the economy, since the end of World War II.” As a result, the CBO paints a very bleak picture of our nation’s future prospects. Further, as the world’s remaining superpower, this country’s terrible financial condition affects all other nations — a fact that makes the CBO report even more alarming.
Sadly, Shaw’s dismal picture is not sobering enough. Douglas W. Elmendorf, director of the CBO, noted that the nation’s debt to GDP surged from 40 percent to 62 percent in just two years.
To compound the alarm, the CBO admits to understating the severity of the problem because its report does not include the negative impact that “substantial amounts of additional federal debt” would have on other aspects of the nation’s economy.

The Truth of Sharia Law Exposed

Truth be told, Islam is only a religion of Peace when all other belief systems have been annihilated. The very tenets of Islam dictate everything about a person’s life. It is a religion of totalitarianism, were forced adherence trumps freedom of religion. The only religion you are free to practice under Sharia law is Islam. All other belief systems are considered apostate and must be eradicated from the planet.

There is no such thing as religious tolerance under Sharia law, because the only religion that Sharia law tolerates is Islam. This story exposes us to three real life examples of people who chose a different path besides Islam who were met not with tolerance but intolerance and death threats.

As Christians we need to understand that not all religions are created equal, in fact there is only one way to find peace and harmony in the world and that is through the Lord Jesus Christ and the Gospel of the Kingdom of God preached by Jesus himself.

 (ANS) – In 1980, Egypt amended its constitution to elevate Sharia (Islamic law) as “the principal source of legislation”. This provision — which is now common in Muslim constitutions, including the new constitutions of Afghanistan and Iraq — renders constitutional guarantees of religious liberty and equality before the law illusory. For Sharia’s principal aim concerning religious liberty, is to eradicate apostasy (rejection of Islam) through the elimination of fitna (anything that could tempt a Muslim to reject Islam) and the establishment of dhimmitude (the humiliation and subjugation of Jews and Christians as second class citizens; crippling systematic discrimination; violent religious apartheid). There is no religious liberty in Islam, for Islam survives as religious totalitarianism that refuses rejection.

In Egypt, as in virtually all Muslim states, a person’s official religion is displayed on their identity card. According to Sharia, every child born to a Muslim father is deemed Muslim from birth. According to Sharia, a Muslim woman is only permitted to marry a Muslim man. (NOTE: This is the main reason why Christian men convert to Islam, and why female converts to Christianity will risk life and liberty to secure a falsified/illegal ID, for without a Christian ID they cannot marry a Christian.)

If a Christian father converts to Islam (as some do for any number of pragmatic reasons, such as a desire for a Muslim wife or a better job), his Christian children are automatically deemed Muslim. They have no say in this and may not apostasise: i.e. return to Christianity. If a Muslim parent converts to Christianity they automatically lose custody of their children.
