“Homosexual” bishop will not use bible at Obama inauguration

This makes perfect sense. This bishop obviously disdains the bible because it teaches against the very lifestyle this bishop wants to embrace. It is no big surprise therefore that he would not deem it necessary to use it to offer up a prayer to whatever god he has decided to follow.

Robinson offered these encouraging words when he said his prayer would be reflective of the times, “I think these are sober and difficult times that we are facing, therefore he won’t be offering a happy clappy prayer. WHY PRAY AT ALL THEN IF YOU EXPECT THINGS TO ONLY GET WORSE?

Associated Press smallCONCORD, N.H. – The first openly homosexual Episcopal bishop will offer a prayer at the Lincoln Memorial at an inaugural event for president-elect Barack Obama.

Robinson, 61, said both Obama and vice president-elect Joe Biden will attend the event, and Obama is expected to speak. As for himself, Robinson said he doesn’t yet know what he’ll say, but he knows he won’t use a Bible.

“While that is a holy and sacred text to me, it is not for many Americans,” Robinson said. “I will be careful not to be especially Christian in my prayer. This is a prayer for the whole nation.”

Robinson said his prayer will be reflective of the times. ”I think these are sober and difficult times that we are facing,” he said. “It won’t be a happy, clappy prayer.”

Robinson’s 2003 consecration has divided the Episcopal Church in the United States and abroad.

Obama’s Socialist ties extends to ‘climate czar’

This story really does not surprise me. I mean Obama grew up under Sal Salinsky and his teachings. I believe Obama is placing America on the fast track toward socialism.

Global warming is just a mask these socialists wear to hide their true identities and agendas but let it be known they do intend to take money from the rich and give it to those they deem worthy to receive it.

Carol M. BrownerThe Washington Times is reporting that president-elect Obama’s climate czar has ties to an international organization that promotes “global governance.”

According to the report, as recently as last week Carol M. Browner was listed as one of “14 leaders of a socialist group’s Commission for a Sustainable World Society.” The group, one of many under the umbrella group Socialist International, calls for rich countries to shrink their economies in order to combat climate change.

Ms. Browner’s appointment as Obama’s climate czar does not need Senate confirmation. She served previously as head of the Environmental Protection Agency under President Bill Clinton.
